  • The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) will be notified where required.
  • Appropriate remediation measures will be implemented.

Maven Capital retains records for a minimum of seven years and longer where required by:

  • AML/CTF legislation
  • Professional obligations
  • Business requirements

When information is no longer required, it will be securely destroyed or de-identified.

You may request access to personal information we hold about you. You may also request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

15. Policy Review & Metadata

This Policy will be reviewed at least annually or sooner where legislative changes occur, regulatory guidance changes, material business changes occur, or new technology/cybersecurity risks emerge.
